When will I be charged?

As soon as your order is put in and approved with the respective vendor (usually within 24 hours), a charge will be issued. Full refunds will be given for any out-of-stock items.

How soon will my items ship?

Unless otherwise specifically noted in the product description, orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number to your email as soon as the order is out for shipment. Any order updates can be tracked through there.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@icecoldkegs.co, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

What if I don't like the item?

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
